Mother... Entry by Rahul Gupta, SIMSR Mumbai

O tiny tot, a woman’s womb summons you,
Go, desisting the delights of firmament, to
The world and enlighten up her life.

O tiny tot, a woman’s arms summon you

from so long, craving to swing you.

O tiny tot, a woman’s eyes summon you,
In which day-n-night, she retains reveries of you.

O tiny tot, a woman’s lap summons you,

In which she’ll sing lyrical lullabies to you.

O tiny tot, a woman’s knees summon you,
On which she’ll brush your tiny parts.

O tiny tot, a woman’s feet summon you,

On which she’ll wander around speculating of you.
On which she’ll bring the world to you.
O tiny tot, a woman’s fingers summon you,
Whose single touch will blossom you.

O tiny tot, a woman’s bosom summons you,

which will nurture & shelter you.

O tiny tot, a woman’s hands summon you,

By which she wove sweaters & socks for you.

O tiny tot, a woman’s lips summon you,

The kiss of whose, will stop the weeping of you.
O tiny tot, a woman’s ears summon you,
Which crave to hear that first maa from you.
O tiny tot, when you will be born,
You’ll be touched by many-a –women,
Before your mother, but you’ll recognise her
from the mothering aurora of her.

These words my Almighty God uttered,

while bringing me to this world.
Today I was born after 9 months,
In this weird weird world, and experienced,
The touch of several women as narrated,
As narrated by my Almighty God.

And now I’m in the hands of my mother,

And she kisses me soft with love,
as I do recognise the mothering aurora of her.
Yes, my Almighty God was in-fact correct
Correct and in-fact, perfectly depicted her.
She’s my mother, she’s my mother!
