23 years of life and still I have all the childish fears,Is it because I have been mollycoddled by my peers.
It has been with me all along the way,
Helping me traverse the alley without fray.
It delineated the path for me which does exist,
Not letting me mortify and descend into an abyss.
In a tug of war called life, I may not always win,
My fear helps me keep grounded saving me from chagrin.
It keeps chasing me, not letting me alone,Which makes me at times, a Drone.
I was never supposed to show it,
Only my inner soul used to know it.
I am addicted to my constant fear,
Which has bastioned me from wear and tear.
May be because I have been mollycoddled by my peers,23 years of life and still I have all the childish fears.
